All of our shipments are insured and are carried by a security guard on an armoured van. He or she will call you to make sure that you are present at the time of delivery.

Below are the costs and timings of shipment from payment receipt:

Shipment in Italy: 100€ 1-2 days

Shipment to EU countries: 170€ 2-3 days

Shipment to extra-EU countries: 190€ 2-5 days

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer.

Orders will be shipped as soon as payment is credited on our bank account.

Bank transfers will be visible on our account 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

All of our watches are inspected by expert watchmakers, who make sure they function properly. Together with your order you will receive Referenza Del Tempo's warranty certifying the authenticity of your watch. Furthermore we provide a one-year warranty covering any malfunction.

You can return your order within 14 days after the date of purchase by sending an email to info@referenzadeltempo.com or calling +39 3293243683. All return shipments are sent at your sole cost. Upon receipt, all items will undergo an inspection by our watch experts to ensure that the watch is in the original condition in which it was sold. Later on we will issue a full refund.
